Yoganastics was founded and created by Jessica Whitney,
RYT wth over 21 years of combined experience as a student
and teacher in gymnastics and yoga. In addition to working
with children, Jessica teaches adult yoga classes at
The Sanctuary for Yoga in Green Hills.Her passion for teaching children is evident in her
enthusiastic and positive approach. She believes all
children are unique and wonderful in their own way.
Yoganastics is her vision of a safe and supportive environment
in which children are able to expand on their gifts
and express themselves creatively through movement.Credentials :
RYT 200 (Yoga Alliance), Instructor Member (USAG),
CPR/First Aid Certified (American Red Cross),
1st Degree Black Belt (WTF), and Mother of two Energetic
